CENTURYLON AP-701 Pipe Insulation may be slipped over pipe or tubing before pipe connections are made.Fabricate fitting cover from properly miter-cut pieces, snap fitting cober in place over the fitting and bonding with adhesive.
Where piping is in place, use a sharp kinfe to slit CENTURYLON AP-701 Pipe Insulation.......

Brush ( or roll ) a coating of adhesive on both surfaces of metal duct and CENTURYLON AP-702 Sheet Insulation, leaving a 1/2" wide uncoated border of insulation sheet. After drying, place the sheet so that it overlaps the edges of previously installed sheet by 1/8". Spot-adhere it in the center and compress the butt edges into place. Then bond the remainder of the sheet by pressing. Spread the joint, and with a small brush apply adhesive to both butt edges, and compress the joint........

CENTURYLON Tape Insulation is easy to use, convenient for wraping short urns of pipes, fittings, valves or any complicated parts where working with CENTURYLON AP-701 Pipe Insulation is difficult. remove the release paper as the tape is spirally wrapped around the surface to be insulated. The tape should be applied in a relaxed state to avoid stretching and pressed firmly in place.
The table below shows the recommended thinkness or number of wrapings to prevent pipe sweating or condensation........
